Project Management Costs

Base level considerations:

With Project Management, costs will largely be determined by the complexity of the job and the time it takes to complete the work. The level of specification and output required by the client and the urgency of the job will also have a bearing.

The fee is normally determined on a daily rate with additions for expenses to include:

  • Materials
  • Equipment hire
  • Facility fees
  • Telephone and incidental expenses
  • Travel
  • Accommodation
